The Land Court has embarked on a historical cases project for all files from 1996 to 2024. The project aims to develop strategies to identify referred labour tenancy and restitution cases that have become inactive with the hope that they can be finalised in the interests of justice. These historical cases are continuously uploaded and can be accessed via CaseLines.
