WEBINAR ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COURT ONLINE SYSTEM IN THE LABOUR AND LABOUR APPEAL COURTS OF SOUTH AFRICA
- As you are aware the Judge President of the Labour and Labour Appeal Court (JP) determined, by way of Directive 01 of 2024, that the Labour and Labour Appeal Court would implement the Court Online System effective 12 August 2024. The JP is now planning to implement the system in full.
- You are invited to attend a Webinar for the Labour and Labour Appeal Court on the Implementation of the Court Online System. All organisations, professional bodies, practitioners and bargaining councils are encouraged to attend the session which shall be held at 11:00 on Tuesday, 18 March 2025 at the following venue:
- Ground Floor, Boardroom 16
- 2 Pybus Road
- Sandton, (Next to Webber Wentzel)
- Parking on Level B1.

- The Judge President of the Labour and Labour Appeal Court, Judge Molahlehi shall facilitate the session. The JP is also in the process of finalising the draft Directive on the Implementation process. The draft Directive is attached herein and the JP would appreciate written comments by no later than 17 March 2025 and the comments shall be discussed during the planned webinar.
