The Chief Justice of the Republic of South Africa, Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, received and hosted a delegation of International Justice Organisations from The Hague at the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg on Monday 8 September 2014,.
The delegation, led by His Excellency Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, Judge of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), who represented the ICJ, engaged in bilateral meetings with the Chief Justice.
The Chief Justice also met and had discussions with His Excellency Judge Sang-Hyun Song, President of the International Criminal Court – following which there was a media conference in which both the Chief Justice and Judge Song briefed journalists on their bilateral.
