JUDICIAL CONDUCT TRIBUNAL TO CONDUCT HEARINGS ON THE COMPLAINT LODGED BY #UNITEBEHIND AGAINST JUDGE T A N MAKHUBELE

 

The media is advised that the Judicial Conduct Tribunal (Tribunal) comprising of Judge A N Jappie, a retired Judge of the Kwazulu-Natal Division of the High Court, designated in terms of section 22(1)(a) of the Judicial Service Commission Act, 1994 as the Tribunal President; retired Judge S S D Moshidi, Judge of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, and Ms N Maduba-Silevu, a practising attorney, will commence with hearings of the complaint lodged by the #UniteBehind  against Judge T A N Makhubele.

 

The hearings will take place as follows:

 

Dates:            21-24 February 2023

Venue:           Southern Sun, Corner Tyrwitt and, Sturdee Ave, Rosebank, Johannesburg,

Time:             10h00

Accreditation cards will be distributed to approved applicants. This will be communicated via email once accreditation has been finalised.
